BY PURCHASING ANY OF MY SERVICES YOU'RE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING MY TERMS OF SERVICE and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any chargeback for any of the chosen payment methods.
Payment

Currency will be Euros

Payment Method will be agreed when discussing about the details of the commission.

I require full payment before I start the artwork. Partial payments may be discussed for very high prices or some Commercial projects.
Cancellation/
Refunds

I DON'T DO REFUNDS! MAKE SURE YOU WANT THE COMMISSION before payment.

I, the artist, still reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point for any reason. Only in the case I initiate the cancellation, the client will receive a full refund.
General
Terms

I reserve the right of refusing your commission for any reason.

Contact and payment details will remain confidential. Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.

The commission is for personal use only.

Copyright/
Usage Policy
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, therefore:

I can post the picture on social media and promotional materials, as well as display it in both my public & private portfolios.

The picture will be posted on Patreon (Unless given a good reason not to do it)

My signature will always remain on the artwork (This rule may not apply for Commercial projects).
You are ALLOWED to:

re-upload the picture on your social (unless stated otherwise) giving me credits as the artist.

Resize/crop the artwork without altering it.
You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Change, modify, or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed.

Take credit for the art

Remove my watermarks/signatures.

Use my works in any AI-related or blockchain-related technology, to include cryptocurrency, NFTs, DALL-E, or future similar inventions.
